When you use the app
JoinMyDay does not require you to create an account. Microphone access is used for an active voice or video conversation, and for the wake phrase only when you enable that feature. The camera is used only after you start a video conversation.
To provide live replies, the app sends the audio or recognized words needed for the conversation to an AI processing service. During a video conversation, camera frames are also sent for visual context. These features do not work as intended without network processing. You can end a conversation at any time; ending video stops camera sharing.
Conversation history and settings
Conversation history, notes, and app preferences are stored by the app on your iPhone. Secret settings are stored in the iOS Keychain. They are not uploaded to this website. You can review or remove saved conversations using the controls in the app.
Optional tools may request access to iOS features such as reminders, calendar, location, or speech recognition when you use them. iOS asks for permission, and you can change access later in Settings.
Service providers
Live AI features rely on third-party processing providers. Information required to generate a response is transmitted to the provider for that purpose. The provider may process information under its own privacy terms and retention practices. Do not share information you would not want processed by an online service. We do not make claims about a provider’s retention or model-training practices in this policy.
Apple processes purchases and subscription status through the App Store if and when in-app purchases are made available. This website does not collect payment details.
This website
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process request and security data such as IP address, browser details, and pages requested to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising trackers or an analytics script to this site. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
Children
JoinMyDay is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or the app.
Your choices and contact
You control microphone and camera permissions in iOS Settings, can turn off the wake phrase and proactive comments, and can end a conversation whenever you choose. For questions or privacy requests, email shelfsense.ai.inc@gmail.com.

We may update this policy as the app changes. The latest version and its update date will be posted on this page.
