How do I start a voice conversation?
Open JoinMyDay and tap the presence orb. If you have enabled the wake phrase, you can also say “Hey JoinMyDay.” You can end a conversation from its on-screen control.
When does the camera turn on?
The camera is used only after you choose Start video conversation. You can switch back to voice or end the conversation at any time.
Why isn’t the microphone or camera working?
Check Settings → Privacy & Security on your iPhone and make sure JoinMyDay has permission for the feature you want to use. If access is already allowed, close and reopen the conversation.
Where is my conversation history?
Saved conversations appear in the History tab in the app. History is stored on your iPhone. Use the controls in History to manage saved conversations.
Is JoinMyDay available now?
JoinMyDay is being prepared for the App Store. Subscription purchases are not available until launch. Check back here for updates.
